[Classicmerp] Character conversion

If I get time will have a first pass at converting. Shaelthir in the  
current iteration was designed to leverage the FC systems for  
encouraging team-members
and modelling growing pollitical power. He wasn't really a  
spellcaster. Any pointers on how to do this with GURPS? Lots of  
contacts, status etc perhaps?
I will consider some minor magic in the rebuild, change of game system  
change of potentials, but will try without first.
