The trollkin send porters and runners to return to the troll town and
collect and collect as much food as they can without generating suspicion.

Karala's reindeer spirit, although not being particularly attentive to
such things, noticed that there were some wheat fields further westwards
in the Bliss of Ignorance.

Rikku and Akihi venture forth into the swamplands, and whilst they find a
great deal of plant matter, they do not find much which is fit for human
consumption. When they return with baskets of water spinach, there is a
collective sigh from those more used to western cuisine.
