Lev's description of the background seems to be mythical China - so read into that what you want. My homework is to watch ABCs retelling of Monkey.

I think the stone golem could be made using the rules but you wouldn't be a regular Solar exalted. You'd be an automaton or dragon-born or something...

I think the dog-man could fit as someone's personality and concept really well. I don't know if you can make animorphs I'm the game though.

Option 1:
  A dog spirit:  Fiercely loyal, Playful:  Linked to Chinese philosophy, embodiment of the Dog qualities from the zodiac (or a specific dog from myth).  Link to Buddhist thought 'Distractable - ie  Lacking mindfulness.

Option 2:
  A stone golem:  Powers, your basic brick.   A created being,  Link to Buddhist thought,  'So attached the self that the river of being flows around him.'


Which of these two options do you think is the best fit.
